污泥生物淋滤机理及研究现状

摘要:近年来,随着我国污水处理的普及率提高,污泥产量大幅度增加。剩余污泥不仅含水率很高,体积庞大,而且含有重金属、病原菌等有毒有害物质,给污泥的处理处置带来巨大挑战。利用生物淋滤的方法,可以有效的降低污泥中的重金属含量。本文综述了污泥的直接和间接生物淋滤原理、常用菌体的生物学特征,分析了污泥种类和浓度、微生物种类、起始pH、氧化还原电位、底物、金属种类、O2浓度和CO2浓度、温度、抑制因子等对于生物淋滤效果的影响,指出了污泥生物淋滤的应用前景。

Mechanisms and research development of sludge bioleaching
Abstract:With the increase of popularizing rate of the sewage treatment plant, the sewage sludge production dramatically increase. The excess sludge contains not only a high moisture content, but also toxic and hazardous substances such as heavy metals, pathogens, and so on, causing a huge challenge to the sludge treatment and disposal. Bioleaching can effectively reduce the heavy metal content in the excess sludge. In this paper, the sludge direct and indirect bioleaching principle, biological characteristics of commonly used bacterial were reviewed. The effect of the sludge type and solid content, bacterial kind, initial pH, Redox potential, substrate, Metal kind, concentration of O2 and CO2, temperature and inhibting factors on bioleaching was analyzed. The application prospects of sludge bioleaching were pointed out.
