Fenton法深度处理造纸废水的实验研究

摘要:造纸废水成分复杂,难降解物质多,处理难度高,常规的生化处理后一般仍难以满足排放标准,直接排放对环境造成严重危害。本实验采用Fenton试剂深度处理徐州某造纸厂生化出水,探讨Fenton试剂处理造纸废水的主要影响因素,研究了初始pH、FeSO4o7H2O和H2O2投加量、反应时间对废水CODCr、色度和去除率的影响。结果表明:在废水初始pH为4,FeSO4o7H2O和H2O2投加量分别为1.8mmol/L、4.41mmol/L,反应时间为40min时,COD和色度去除率最高,分别达到75%和80%,出水可以达到国家造纸废水排放标准。

Research on advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater by Fenton method
Abstract:Papermaking wastewater has the properties of complex compositions and numbers of non-degradation matters. It's difficult to treat in industry and the direct discharge of waste water after the normal biological process will cause serious environmental pollution,which will not meet the discharge standard.Fenton reagent was used for advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater on this study, and several main influencing factors on removal of CODCr and color were disgussed in this paper, such as pH, the dosage of FeSO4o7H2O as well as H2O2 and the reaction time, were analyzed in the experiment. Results showed that the best removal of CODCr and color were respectively 75% and 80% when pH is 4, the dosage of FeSO4o7H2O as well as H2O2 reached 1.8mmol/L and 4.41mmol/L, and the reaction time is 40min, which meet the discharge standard of papermaking wastewater.
