碱处理对CuY催化剂催化氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯的影响

摘要:本文采用NaOH溶液对NaY分子筛进行改性,并进一步合成CuY催化剂用于氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯。相比未处理样品,改性后的催化剂获得了较高的乙醇转化率和碳酸二乙酯收率。催化剂表征结果表明,适当的碱处理在保持Y型分子筛的晶体及孔结构的同时导致超笼中B酸含量的增大和介孔的生成,从而提高了催化剂反应性能。

Effects of alkaline treatment on CuY for diethyl carbonate synthesis by oxidative carbonylation
Abstract:In this paper,NaY zeolites were treated by NaOH solutions and used as supports to prepare CuY catalysts for synthesis of diethyl carbonate by oxidative carbonylation. Modified CuY catalyst showed better catalytic properties. Results of characterization showed that proper concentration of NaOH can maintain the crystallinity and pore structure of Y zeolite and result in increased amount of OHs in supercages and introduction of meso- and macro- pores,which lead to the improvement of catalytic performance.
