基于压电材料的车身薄壁结构振动主动控制仿真分析

摘要:利用有限元分析软件对车身薄壁结构进行压电主动振动控制仿真分析。建立车身薄壁材料与压电片粘贴所得压电层合结构的有限元模型,采用有限元分析软件压电分析的功能和方法对系统进行静态分析、模态分析;在振动主动控制研究分析中利用比例控制法实现压电层片对车身薄壁结构振动的主动控制,分析压电层合结构几何参数对控制效果的影响,并得出参数影响规律。

The finite element analysis of the body's thin-walled structures active vibration control based of piezoelectric material
Abstract:This paper uses the finite element analysis software to simulation the active vibration control of the body thin-walled material with piezoelectric material. Establishes the finite element model of piezoelectric laminated structure which is pasted from body thin-walled material and piezoelectric layer, conducts static analysis and modal analysis by the method and function of the finite element analysis software; In the active vibration control analysis, uses proportional control method to achieve vibration control of the body thin-walled structure with piezoelectric layer, and analyses the control effect of material different geometric parameters ,then summarizes the influence law of parameters.
