基于LabVIEW的污水处理工艺数据处理系统

摘要:在污水处理过程中,工艺参数直接影响出水水质,所以在污水处理过程中对工艺数据进行监测,控制处理是至关重要的。系统采用LabVIEW开发平台,通过工业以太网(Industrial Ethernet)和485总线与下位机进行实时通信,采集现场工艺数据。根据采集的实时数据,利用西门子PID功能块实现对溶解氧(DO)浓度的模糊自适应PID控制。同时通过多态报表生成和GSM无线短信系统,实现工艺数据的实时输出与故障自动报警功能。应用表明,系统运行安全可靠,工艺数据稳定可信,动态性能优良。

Sewage Treatment Process of Data Processing System Based on LabVIEW
Abstract: In the sewage treatment process , the process parameters directly affect the water quality. So monitoring for the data is very important. The system uses the LabVIEW development platform for collecting live process data, via Industrial Ethernet and 485 Bus. The concentration of DO using fuzzy-PID, based on the collected data. At the same time, to realize the real-time process data output and fault automatic alarm function, the system uses a variety of report generation and GSM wireless messaging system. The application shows that the system is safe and reliable, the data is not only stable and credible, and also has good dynamic performance.
