城市污泥调理技术

摘要:城市污泥产量巨大,组分复杂,已形成严重的二次污染。污泥处理处置成本高昂,污泥的脱水减量是污泥处理处置的关键步骤之一,而污泥调理是污泥脱水过程中一个非常重要的环节。本文阐述了城市污泥调理的基本方法及研究成果,物理法包括微波处理、超声波处理、高压均质处理等,化学法包括添加无机金属盐类絮凝剂或添加有机高分子絮凝剂、Fenton氧化、臭氧曝气等,生物法包括好氧消化或厌氧消化、生物氧化和酸化、添加微生物调理剂等。污泥调理理论可为实现污泥有效脱水提供一定的理论依据。

Conditioning of Sewage Sludge
Abstract:Huge and complex sewage sludge has resulted in serious secondary pollution. The cost of sludge treatment and disposal is high, so the sludge conditioning is very important, because it can greatly improve the sludge dewatering to reduce the sludge volume. This paper reviewed the methods of the sewage sludge conditioning methods and research results. physical methods include microwave treatment, ultrasonic treatment and high pressure homogenization treatment, etc.; chemical methods include flocculation adding the inorganic metal salts, organic polymers or microbial agents, Fenton oxidation, ozone aeration, etc.; biological methods include aerobic digestion or anaerobic digestion, biological oxidation and acidification, and so on. The theory of sludge conditioning can provide the theoretical basic for improving the sludge dewatering efficiency.
