荧光增白剂28的光漂白特性研究

摘要:荧光增白剂28(F-28)为欧盟标准EN 648-2006《与食品接触的纸和纸板-荧光增白剂牢度的测定》中判断食品接触材料中荧光增白剂是否向食品中迁移的标样。我们研究发现,在规定的365 nm紫外激发下,F-28所制成的标样会出现光漂白现象。因此,本文对F-28光漂白特性进行研究。结果发现:紫外辐照时间为60 s时,四级(3 mg/L)、三级(8 mg/L)、二级(31 mg/L)、一级(125 mg/L)的滤纸和玻纤最大荧光值衰减率分别为0.16%、0.29%、0.92%、0.44%和2.59%、1.99%、0.49%、3.14%;当辐照时间延长到1800 s时,最大荧光值衰减率分别增加为4.67%、4.22%、5.51%、2.75%和35.37%、39.78%、28.09%、39.38%。因此,在对食品接触材料是否含有荧光增白剂以及是否迁移测试中,必须考虑光漂白因素。同时,滤纸作为迁移实验载体,在降低光漂白和稳定性方面比玻纤更具优势。

Photobleaching Rules of Fluorescent Brightener 28
Abstract:The Fluorescent Brightener 28 (F-28) is used as a standard fluorescent whitening agent to conform the migration of fluorescent brightener from the contact materials to food in the European Union Standards EN 648-2006"Paper and board intended to come into contact with foodstuffs determination of the fastness of fluorescent whitened paper and board". However, to date the effect of fluorescent photobleaching of F-28 has not been studied. The filter paper and glass fiber paper stained by F-28 were evaluated as fluorescent whitened comparison papers and the excitation wavelength was set at 365 nm. The results showed that the attenuation rate with excitation time of 60 s of Evaluation Grade 4 (3 mg/L), Evaluation Grade 3(8 mg/L), Evaluation Grade 2 (31 mg/L), Evaluation Grade 1 (125 mg/L) on filter paper and glass fiber paper were 0.16%, 0.29%, 0.92%, 0.44%, 2.59%, 1.99%, 0.49% and 3.14%, respectively. Moreover, the attenuation rate increased to 4.67%, 4.22%, 5.51%, 2.75%, 35.37%, 39.78%, 28.09% and 39.38% when 1800 s irradiated. Therefore, specify procedures should be considered in the testing of the fastness of fluorescent whitened paper to come into contact with foodstuffs. And the fluorescence of filter paper is more stable than glass fiber paper as fluorescent whitened comparison papers.
