乙二醇苯醚的催化氧化动力学研究

摘要:本文合成了2,2′-二氨基吡啶醋酸钴(II)和2-巯基苯并恶唑,并研究了以此两种催化剂在甲酸溶液中催化过氧化氢氧化乙二醇苯醚降解的反应。通过气相色谱检测乙二醇的生成量以及乙二醇苯醚的降解随时间变化情况。研究表明乙二醇苯醚氧化降解有两条途径:一条生成乙二醇,另一条为苯环的氧化。通过反应动力学计算,获得了乙二醇苯醚降解以及两条氧化反应的速率常数。研究发现2,2′-二氨基吡啶醋酸钴(II)对过氧化氢氧化乙二醇苯醚的催化活性比较好,并有一定的反应选择性;亲核性较强的2-巯基苯并恶唑对此催化氧化反应表现出了更好的催化活性和选择性。通过不同温度的反应情况数据,进一步计算了此氧化反应的活化能。

Studies on kinetics of the catalytic oxidation of ethylene glycol phenyl ether
Abstract: In this paper two catalysts bis(acetato-O,O′)-bis(2-aminopyridine-N)-cobalt(II) (CoBAP) and benzo[d]oxazole-2-thiol (BOT)were synthesized. The degradtion of ethylene glycol phenyl ether(EGPE) by H2O2 catalyzed by both CoBAP and BOT and the formation of ethylene glycol with time were studied in formic acid by GC analysis. The studies indicated that there were two reaction paths for the oxidation of EGPE, one was for the formation of ethylene glycol, the other was for the oxidation on the benzene ring of EGPE. The reaction kinetic rate constants were calculated. The study indicated that catalyst CoBAP displayed good catalytic activity and certain selectivity,BOT showed better catalytic efficiency and selectivity for the formation of ethylene glycol. Further the reaction activation energies were calculated.
