软壁面叶片对阵风相应的降噪可行性研究

摘要:本文采用宽频阵风替代转子尾迹,研究多个频率的阵风与吸声处理翼型的干涉噪声,并分析了软壁面叶片对阵风相应的降噪可行性。采用计算气动声学方法求解二维线化欧拉方程,在边界处采用完全耦合层(PML)内添加声源的方法引入宽频阵风,采用宽频时域阻抗边界条件模拟铺设声衬的翼型表面。为了探究软壁面叶片对阵风相应的降噪潜力,文章中给出了几组阵风/翼型干涉噪声数值模拟结果。对比宽频计算结果与单频计算结果,二者吻合很好,验证了宽频方法的正确性;对比固壁翼型与吸声处理翼型干涉结果,发现采用吸声处理的翼型干涉噪声有明显下降。

Feasibility Research on Gust/Airfoil Interaction Noise Reduction by Soft Wall Airfoil
Abstract:By using broadband gust as a model to replace rotor wake, the gust/airfoil interaction noise is investigated. The feasibility on gust/airfoil interaction noise reduction by adopting liners on the surface of airfoil is analysed. The two dimension linearized Euler equations are solved by a computational aeroacoustics approach. The broadband gust is introduced by adding a source into the Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) boundary condition directly. The broadband impedance boundary condition is imposed on the airfoil surface. Numerical results of gust/airfoil interaction noise are presented. The solutions by broadband methods agree well with those by single frequency calculations, which varifies the proposed broadband methods. Meanwhile, the interaction noise is found to be significantly reduced by using acoustic treatment on the airfoil surface.
