超声波对污泥内孔径分布的影响研究

摘要:对超声波预处理后污泥孔隙结构进行显微观察,对比分析了超声声能密度及处理时间对污泥内部孔径分布的影响。研究结果表明,超声波预处理可以有效改变污泥的孔隙结构,在相同的处理时间内,随着声能密度的增加,污泥内平均孔径尺寸逐渐增大。同时,在相同超声强度下,增加超声处理时间,污泥内部平均孔径也随之增大。当超声声能密度为 0.8 W/ml ,处理时间为 7 min 时,污泥达到最佳预处理效果。

Effect of Ultrasonic pretreatment on pore size distribution in sludge
Abstract:The sludge pore structure after ultrasonic pretreatment was studied by optical microscopic in this article and the effect of ultrasonic energy density and processing time on sludge internal aperture distribution was analysed. The result indicated that the ultrasonic pretreatment can effectively change the sludge pore structure and the sludge inner average pore size gradually increased with the increase of the energy density in the same processing time. Meanwhile, the sludge inner average pore size increased with the increase of processing time in the same ultrasonic intensity. When the ultrasonic energy density was 0.8 W/ml and the processing time was 7 min, the sludge can obtain the best pretreatment effect.
