氮杂氟硼二吡咯类近红外吸收光敏剂的合成与性能研究

摘要:氮杂氟硼二吡咯(Aza-BODIPY)是一类在长波长区域有强烈吸收的染料分子,其溴代衍生物是一类良好的光敏剂。本文研究了氮杂氟硼二吡咯的溴化,发现在过量溴素是,高选择性产生一种多溴代的氮杂氟硼二吡咯;溴代后,最大吸收峰蓝移,荧光强度大大减弱;溴代氮杂氟硼二吡咯在光照下能高效的产生单线态氧,是一种良好的长波长光敏剂。

Synthesis and properties of Near-IR Aza-BODIPY derivatives
Abstract:Aza-BODIPY, as a novel fluorescent dye, has strong absorption in the Near-IR. Bromo-substituted Aza-BODIPY has thus been used as photosensitizer. In this paper bromination of Aza-BODIPYs was studied and a novel bromo-substituted Aza-BODIPY was synthesized. The absorption and emission properties of Aza-BODIPYs were studied. The DPBF degradation rates in acetonitrine by those bromo-substituted Aza-BODIPYs were faster than that of mathelene blue, which indicated that those bromo-substituted Aza-BODIPYs are good photosensitizers with strong long wavelength absorption.
