微小颗粒弹性散射光谱光纤探头测量中的角度积分

摘要:针对于应用光纤探头来测量微米尺度颗粒的弹性散射光谱,研究了散射角分布对Mie散射光谱计算结果的影响。计算结果表明,相对于采用单一平均散射角度的计算,考虑了散射角积分后的计算结果与实验测量光谱符合地更好。研究也发现,在测量中需要尽量避免从容器底面散射引起的颗粒前向散射光。

Angular integration in fiber probe measuring of elastic light scattering spectra of small particles
Abstract:Regarding the measurement of elastic light scattering spectra of micrometer particles, the impact of scattering angle distribution on the calculated Mie scattering spectra is investigated. The results show that compared to the calculation based on using a single average scattering angle, considering the angle distribution makes the calculation fit better with the measuring spectra. It is also found that it is necessary to avoid the forward scattering of particles incurred by the light scattering from the bottom surface of the holder.
