一种新型应变校准装置的原理及误差分析

摘要:应变式传感器在机械、材料、冶金、建筑、国防等领域有着广泛的应用。应变式传感器可以对力值、形变等物理量进行精确测定,是一种非常重要的测量器具。目前应变式传感器主要分为两类:一类是电阻式应变片;另一类是光栅光纤应变传感器。后者较前者具有精度高,量程大等特点,但成本相对较高,一般应用于国防、航空航天等高精尖领域。为了精确的对传感器进行校准和标定,本文提供了一种全新的解决方案,并对这种方案进行了理论分析,精确公式推导以及误差分析。最后,通过大量的实验对标准应变校准装置的性能进行了验证。

Principle and Error Analysis of a new Strain Calibration Device
Abstract:Strain Sensor has a wide range of applications in machinery, materials, metallurgy, construction, defense and other fields. Strain sensor can accurately measure force and strain or some other physical quantity, which is a very important measurement instuments. Strain sensor are mainly divided into two categories: one is the resistance strain gauge, and the other one is grating fiber optic strain sensors. The latter one has high accuracy and large measuring range than the former, but application cost ishigher. So it is mainly used in defense, aviation or aerospace. To accurately calibrating the sensor, this paper provides a new solution. And theoretical analysis, deduce the exact formula and analysis the uncertainty of this solution. And than, according to a lot of experimental data, the performance of this device is reliable.
