细菌菌蜕研究现状及展望

摘要:细菌菌蜕是由革兰氏阴性菌细胞膜构成。噬菌体PhiX174的裂解蛋白E能够在革兰氏阴性菌细胞膜上形成一个跨膜孔道结构,使其胞质内容物由孔道排出,电镜观察菌蜕为具有完整外膜结构的细菌空壳。菌蜕保留了细菌的完整结构,不仅可用作疫苗制备的抗原物质,还可作为药物、异源抗原、核酸等的递送载体,同时由于缺乏内含物而更加安全,生产过程简单,适宜大规模生产,因此具有广泛的应用前景。本文将对细菌菌蜕的研究现状及展望作简要的综述。

research progress on bacterial ghosts
Abstract:Bacterial ghosts are constructed by empty cell envelopes of gram-negative bacteria and produced by E-mediated lysis.bacteriophage E-cracking protein PhiX174,can form a pore canal on the membrane of gram-negative bacteria,then the releasing of the cell-inner.TEM observation proved thatbacterialghosts were empty bacterial cell envelopes,which had the whole surface composition.Bacterial ghosts can be antigens of vaccines,and delivery carriers of medicines, alloantigens,and nucleic acids because of intactbacterial structure.In addition,the lack of genetic material confers bacterial ghosts high safety as compared with traditional vaccines,for the reasons,bacterial ghosts have widely applicable prospect.The research and prospect on bacterial ghosts is reviewed concisely in this paper.
