海藻酸钠调控水热合成羟基磷灰石

摘要:本文用氯化钙和二水合磷酸二氢钠为Ca源和P源,以尿素的受热分解调整pH值,以海藻酸钠为模板,水热合成出不同形貌的羟基磷灰石。进行了一系列改变海藻酸钠的质量分数和溶液初始pH值的水热合成实验,收集水热产物并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)物相和形貌表征。结果表明海藻酸钠明显抑制羟基磷灰石的结晶,且溶液初始pH值和海藻酸钠的浓度均对产物的形貌有影响。随着海藻酸钠浓度的上升,或溶液初始pH值的降低,导致构成形貌差异羟基磷灰石晶体的长宽比逐渐降低。

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Hydroxyapatite by using alginate
Abstract:This article reported the hydrothermal synthesis of hydroxyapatite with different morphologies by using calcium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, urea and sodium alginate as Ca source, P source, pH regulator, template, respectively. A series of hydrothermal syntheses were conducted by changing the mass fraction of alginate or the initial pH of feedstocks, and the hydrothermal products were collected and characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. The results indicated that alginate supressed hydroxyapatite crystallization and that both of the inital pH and alginate concentration had an effect on the morphology of the products. With the increase of sodium alginate concentration or the decrease of initial pH value, the length/width ratio of hydroxypaptite crystals decreased gradually.
