一种上行小区间干扰协调的方法

摘要:小区间干扰抑制技术能够有效的抑制小区间干扰、提高小区边缘用户数据速率,进而提高整体系统性能。在现有的小区间干扰抑制技术中,小区间干扰协调技术(Inter-Cell Interference Coordination,ICIC)由于其使用灵活、实现复杂度比较低、效果理想,已被3GPP LTE系统所采纳,成为小区间干扰抑制的主流技术。本文提出一种上行小区间干扰协调的方法,它是一种基于高干扰指示/过载指示(High Interference Indicator/Overload Indicator,HII/OI)动态的软频率复用方案,利用X2借口交互HII/OI信息,充分利用各个小区的边缘频率资源,在保证小区中心用户性能的同时,提高小区边缘用户的性能,从而提高整个系统的性能。

A Novel Uplink Inter-Cell Interference Coordination Method
Abstract:Inter-cell interference suppression techniques can effectively suppress inter-cell interference, improve cell edge user data rates and improve overall system performance. Inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC) become a mainstream technology for inter-cell interference suppression due to its flexibility and low complexity. The technology has been adopted by the 3GPP LTE system. In this paper, we propose a novel ICIC technology for UP-link. It is a dynamic soft frequency reuse method based on High Interference Indicator/Overload Indicator(HII/OI). It makes full use of edge frequency. Under the premise of ensuring the performance of community center users, the method can improve the performance of cell edge users, thereby improving overall system performance.
