框架结构房屋抽层后地震反应分析

摘要:某3层钢筋混凝土框架结构车间,因使用功能改变,需要将第二层楼面拆除,保留边梁,改建为2层框架结构的车间(即房屋抽掉1层)。该结构抽层后需要解决的问题有:新底层框架柱配筋不满足现行规范;层间位移角超过抗震设计规范规定限值;新底层抗侧刚度不足等。为此对该房屋进行了抗震鉴定、加设短肢剪力墙进行加固以及结构抗震加固前后的时程分析,经抗震加固后,取得了良好的效果,结构满足现行设计规范,可为类似的抽层结构提供改造经验。

Seismic Response Analysis of Frame Structure after Extracting Storey
Abstract:A reinforced concrete frame structure workshop with three layers, due to the change of function, needs to be removed the second floor and retained the boundary beam, then becomes a new frame structure workshop with two layers. After extracting storey, there are some problems to be solved: frame column reinforcement unsatisfies the current specification; layer displacement angle exceeds the limit value in Code for seismic design; the stiffness of the first layer is not enough. After the seismic evaluation、setting up shearwall and the time history analysis on the workshop, seismic strengthening was completed. The good effect has been obtained and the current specification has been satisfied . This engineering can provide some reforming experience for the similar structure.
