基体对TiO2薄膜晶相的影响

摘要:通过向多孔玻璃和金红石相TiO2基体渗透钛酸正丁酯溶液,干燥、在550oC煅烧,得到两种TiO2薄膜。在玻璃基体上制备的TiO2薄膜具有锐钛矿结构,在金红石基体上制备的TiO2薄膜为金红石相。TiO2薄膜晶相的差别主要是由相转变的成核能决定的。

Effect of Matrix on Crystalline Phase of TiO2 film
Abstract:TiO2 films were prepared by infiltrating a titanium (IV) butoxide solution to a porous glass and a porous rutile TiO2 ceramics, respectively, then dried and calcined at a temperature of 550oC. Nanometer TiO2 film on glass matrix has an anatase phase, while that on rutile TiO2 has a rutile phase. The difference in crystalline phase of TiO2 film is attributed to their nucleation energy diffenence.
