提高微波腔内电磁场分布均匀性的研究

摘要:微波加热不均匀性是微波加热应用的主要瓶颈,而微波腔内电磁场分布的不均匀性直接导致微波加热的不均匀性。通过在微波腔中置入导电粒子,利用导电粒子对微波的乱反射来改善电磁场分布的均匀性。利用COMSOL-Multiphysics?软件模拟研究了在微波腔内放置导电粒子位置对电磁场分布的影响。研究表明合理的置入方式可大大提高微波腔内电磁场分布的均匀性,从而为解决微波加热的不均匀性提供一种新的方法。

IMPROVMENT OF THE UNIFORMITY OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD DISTRIBUTION IN A MICROWAVE CAVITY
Abstract:Non-uniformity is a major drawback in microwave applications, mainly due to the non-uniformity of electromagnetic field distribution in the microwave cavity. In this paper, the uniformity of the electromagnetic field distribution is aimed to be improved by random microwave reflection from electrically conductive beads placed in the microwave cavity. Effect of electrically conductive beads on electric field distribution in the cavity was numerically investigated by using COMSOL-Multiphysics? software. It was concluded that the appropriate placement of electrically conductive beads greatly improved the uniformity of the electric field distribution in the microwave cavity.
