摘要:为了观察表达lhx5基因的斑马鱼背侧前脑这组神经元的轴突投射,我们将包含斑马鱼lhx5基因编码区域的细菌人工染色体(BAC)通过同源重组的方法进行改造,获得lhx5:kaede细菌人工染色体,并通过显微注射入斑马鱼受精卵并筛选获得了lhx5:kaede转基因斑马鱼。该转基因斑马鱼株可用于研究斑马鱼前脑背侧神经元的轴突投射路径及其分子机制。

Construction of Lhx5:kaede zebrafish transgenic line
Abstract:To observe the axon projection of the anterior dorsal neuron in zebrafish forebrain, we modified the bacteria artificial chromosome (BAC) containing the coding sequences of lhx5 gene, and got modified BAC containg lhx5:kaede. We microinjected the modified BAC to fertilized eggs and screened to get lhx5:kaede Zebrafish transgenic line. This transgenic line would be a great help to study the underlying mechanisms of axon projection of anterior dorsal neuron.
