颗粒阻尼器对悬臂梁自由振动的被动减振作用

摘要:用"弹簧-质量块"系统模拟"悬臂梁-颗粒阻尼器"结构的一阶振动模态,建立了相应的理论模型。在模型中,将悬臂梁的固有阻尼和颗粒阻尼器产生的阻尼都考虑成振动速度的线性齐次函数。结合实验数据,应用理论模型分析了颗粒阻尼器产生的"阻尼比"随颗粒阻尼器填充率的变化规律,发现"阻尼比"随填充率增大先增大后减小,存在一个"阻尼比"的最大值,其对应的填充率即为最优填充率。最优填充率的存在,为颗粒阻尼器的工业生产提供了关键性设计参数。

Damping Effect of Particle Damper in the Free Vibration of a Cantilever Beam
Abstract:The first vibration mode of the structure composed of cantilever beam and particle damper is simulated by the system of spring and mass. In simulation, both the inherent damp of cantilever beam and the damp generated by particle damper are considered as the linear homogeneous functions of vibration velocity. Based on a set of test data, we use the proposed simulation to study the dependence of the damping ratio adapted from particle damper on the filling ratio of particle damper, and find that the damping ratio increases at first then decreases in the growth process of the filling ratio. So we define the optimal filling ratio corresponding to the maximum value of the damping ratio, which can provide the key designing parameter for the commercial production of particle dampers.
