壳聚糖/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮共混复合膜的制备及渗透蒸发性能

摘要:以醋酸纤维素微滤膜为支撑,制备了不同聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)的壳聚糖/PVP共混复合膜,用于渗透蒸发分离甲醇/乙二醇共混物。采用FT-IR、XRD、接触角仪、SEM和密度天平对膜的物理化学结构及形貌进行了表征,考察了PVP含量对膜结构和性能的影响。复合膜中分离层与支撑层结合紧密,分离层的厚度约5微米。该复合膜对甲醇/乙二醇共沸物具有优异的分离性能,综合渗透蒸发指数随着PVP含量增加而增加,在PVP含量9.09 wt%时最有最大值。

Preparation and pervaporation performance of chitosan/polyvinylpyrrolidone blending membranes
Abstract:Chitosan/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) blending composite membranes were prepared and applied to separate methanol/ethylene glycol azeotrope by pervaporation. The morphology structure and chemical property of the membranes were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, water contact angle, SEM and digital microbalance with density kit. Effects of PVP content on properties and pervaporation perforamance of the blending composite membranes were investigated in details. From SEM observation, the chitosan/PVP blending layer uniformly covered on a cellulose acetate microfilration membrane, and the blending layer have a thickness of 5 micrometers. The blending composite membrane have good pervaporation performance for separation of methanol/ethylene glycol azeotrope. The PSI rapidly increased with PVP content, and has the highest value of 61.5 when PVP content is 9.09 wt%.
