Inhomogeneity of the bulk porous silver fabricated by dealloying

Abstract:Bulk porous silver was fabricated by the dealloying Ag25Zn75 alloy. EDS and XRD confirmed that zinc atoms have been removed entirely, the residule was only silver, and the crystal structure switches from close-packed hexagonal structure to face-centered cubic during the process of the dealloying, which showes that a phase transition occurrs in the process of dealloying. The desquamation phenomenan presents on the surface of the as-dealloyed sample and volume of sample contracts. The change of the pore size and ligment width from exterior to interior has been also reseached. The formation mechanism of the bulk porous silver was discussed in the end.

去合金化制备块状多孔银的不均一性
摘要:本文通过对Ag25Zn75 合金进行去合金化制备了块状纳米多孔银。EDS和XRD测试均表明锌原子已经被完全去除掉,剩下的组分只有银。在去合金化的过程中,合金的晶体结构也发生变化,由密排六方结构转变成了面心立方结构的银,表明去合金化的过程中存在相的转变。去合金化后的样品表面存在着严重的脱落现象,并且体积也发生了收缩。对外表面到内部的孔径和孔带的尺寸变化进行了研究。最后讨论了块状多孔银在去合金化过程中的形成机制。
