玉米ZmWRKY4参与调节抗氧化防护

摘要:利用玉米原生质体中瞬时表达系统过表达ZmWRKY4,能诱导抗氧化防护系统中cAPX、SOD4表达量上调,SOD、APX酶活性增强。表明ZmWRKY4可能参与了抗氧化防护反应过程。利用RNA干扰技术对ZmWRKY4进行基因沉默,抗氧化酶SOD,APX的总酶活及基因表达水平都降低了约一半,经恢复处理后,两者的酶活都略有增强,基因表达水平恢复到了对照的水平,cAPX的基因表达甚至超过了对照。进一步证明了ZmWRKY4参与了抗氧化防护过程。

ZmWRKY4 is involved in regulating the antioxidant defence in maize
Abstract:In this paper,pXZP008-ZmWRKY4 was transformed into maize protoplasts to overexpress ZmWRKY4. The result is that, the gene expression and total activities of antioxidant enzymes SOD, APX are significantly increased. These suggest that ZmWRKY4 may be involved in the antioxidant defense. ZmWRKY4 was silenced using the RNA interfere technology, total activities and gene expression of antioxidant enzymes SOD and APX were reduced about half. After recovering treated, activities of the enzymes both recover a little, and genes expression recover to the control level, cAPX even higher than control. These results further suggst that ZmWRKY4 was involved in the antioxidant defense.
