聚乙烯醇/醋酸纤维素共混膜的制备及性能

摘要:制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/醋酸纤维素(CA)共混膜,用于渗透汽化乙醇脱水。测试了共混膜的接触角和广角X光散射(WXRD)。发现随着CA含量的增加,共混膜的亲水性和结晶度不断降低。用含水质量分数15%的乙醇/水混合物测定了共混膜的溶胀度和分离性能。结果表明:共混膜的溶胀度、通量和分离因子都介于纯PVA膜和纯CA膜之间。随着CA含量由12.5 wt%增加至87.5 wt%,共混膜的通量由5400增至16500 g?μm?m-2?h-1,而分离因子由52降至18。PSI结果显示当CA含量为50 wt%时,共混膜的分离性能最优。

Polyvinylacohol/Cellulose Acetate Blending Membranes for Ethanol Dehydration
Abstract:In this work, PVA/CA blending membranes were prepared and applied to separate ethanol/water mixture by pervaporation. The morphology structure and chemical property of the membranes were characterized such as water contact angle and wide angle X-ray diffraction. With increasing CA concent, the hydrophilicity and crystalline reduced. The degree of swelling and separation performance of the membranes for feed containing 15 wt% water/ethnol mixtue were investigated. The results showed that the degree of swelling, flux and separation factor of the blending membranes were in between those of pure PVA and pure CA membranes. With increasing CA content from 12.5 to 87.5 wt%, the flux increased from 5400 to 16500 g?μm?m-2?h-1, however, the separation factor declined from 52 to 18. The PSI values indicated that the blending membrane containing 50 wt% CA showed the optimum separation performance.
