聚胺聚合物钻井液体系研究与应用

摘要:聚胺的加入可以有效降低钻井液的滤失,改善钻井液的流变性能。通过对聚胺理化性能的比较分析,在传统的聚合物钻井液中加入聚胺进行抑制性改进,建立了聚胺聚合物钻井液体系,并对该体系进行了常规性能评价。研究表明,经过聚胺优化改进后的聚合物钻井液体系具有更加优良的抑制性能和更好的流变性能、滤失性能和抗污染性能。通过现场应用表明,聚胺钻井液抑制性能好,能有效解决井壁失稳的技术难题,为该地区解决井壁失稳等难题提出了新的解决思路。

Research and Application on Polyamine Polymer Drilling Fluid System
Abstract:Depending on comparative analysis of the physicochemical properties of the polyamine, adding polyamine in the conventional polymer fluids can improve inhibitive ability, which helps to establish the polyamine polymer drilling fluid system, and the evaluation of a conventional performance of the system is conducted. The study showed that, the polymer drilling fluid system after polyamine optimization and improvement has excellent rejection performance and better rheological properties, filtration and pollution resistance performance. Field application shows that, inhibitive ability of the polyamine drilling fluid system is good, which system can provide an effective solution to the the technical problems about borehole instability, and raise new ideas to solve the problems such as borehole instability in the region.
