扭叶片扩压器对离心压气机性能影响

摘要:以增压器无叶扩压式离心压气机为研究基础,以扩压器内流动控制以及攻角匹配为目的,进行了直叶片和扭叶片扩压器设计,研究了扭叶片扩压器对离心压气机性能以及内部流动特征的影响。结果表明,针对离心压气机叶轮出口气流的不均匀流动,相对于无叶扩压器和直叶片扩压器,扭叶片扩压器可以更好的实现叶轮与扩压器之间的流动匹配、减少扩压器内部的沿程损失和掺混损失,达到改善近设计工况点离心压气机性能的目的。在非设计工况下,扩压器进口大的气流攻角是扩压器性能下降的最主要原因,根据工况进行扩压器调节将可有效实现离心压气机全工况范围性能的改善。

Performance of Centrifugal Compressor with Twist Diffuser
Abstract:Based on the centrifugal compressor with vaneless diffuser, for the purpose of flow control and matching the angle of attack in diffuser, linear and twist diffuser are designed; the performance of the centrifugal compressor with using twist diffuser and internal flow characters are researched. The results show that, focused on the uneven flow of the impeller outlet, compared with vaneless and linear diffuser, twist diffuser can match the flow much better and reduce the processing and blending loss to improve the performance of centrifugal compressor in design condition. In off-design condition, the decreased performance of the diffuser is caused by the large inlet angle of attack, which can be improved at full range of operating conditons by using varialbe diffuser.
