分光光度法用于烟草薄片浸渍涂料稳定性的研究

摘要:本实验利用分光光度法研究了瓜尔胶、CMC对烟草浸渍涂料稳定性的影响,结果表明,加入瓜尔胶,烟草薄片浸渍涂料的黏度提高,吸光度增加,涂料的稳定性增大,当瓜尔胶的用量为0.2~0.4%时,涂料稳定性最好,继续提高瓜儿胶用量,浸渍涂料黏度显著提高,稳定性反而降低。对于CMC而言,随着其用量的增加,浸渍涂料的稳定性并无显著增加,且随着用量的增加也呈现下降趋势,这可能与CMC对涂料体系中细小组分的絮聚能力较强有关,因此,并不适合作为薄片浸渍涂料的稳定剂使用。

Study of stability of reconstituted tobacco coating by spectrophotometry
Abstract:This experiment mainly studied the effect of guar gum and carboxymethyl cellulose as stabilizers on the stability of surface sizing coating for paper-process reconstituted tobacco. The experimental results showed that the viscosity, stability and absorbance of surface sizing coating for reconstituted tobacco increased, when guar gum was added into the coating. When the dosage of guar gum was 0.2 ~ 0.4%, the favorable stability was gained. However, the stability decreased due to the increase of viscosity of coating when the dosage exceeded 0.4%. The stability of surface sizing coating for reconstituted tobacco changed little with the increase of carboxymethyl cellulose, and this was due to the flocculation of small components in the coating for dipping reconstituted tobacco, which indicated that the carboxymethyl cellulose was less suitable for improving the application in coating for reconstituted tobacco than guar gum.
