身体锻炼对青少年心理应激、应对方式与主观幸福感影响效应研究

摘要:为了探讨身体锻炼、心理应激、应对方式和主观幸福感的关系,在控制相关变量的基础上,运用结构方程模型得出以下结论:(1)身体锻炼与心理应激、应对方式和主观幸福感显著相关,身体锻炼作为一种积极应对方式,能够有效的缓解心理应激,提高个体的应对能力,使锻炼者更多地体验到欢悦、流畅及高峰的情感效应;(2)身体锻炼不仅可以直接影响主观幸福感的体验,还可以通过心理应激和应对方式的中介变量间接对主观幸福感起作用;(3)应对方式的介入,一方面缓解了心理应激对主观幸福感的影响,另一方面增强了身体锻炼对主观幸福感的影响,调节效应成立,积极应对方式对主观幸福感的体验起正向效应,消极应对方式对主观幸福感的体验起负向效应。

Physical exercise for adolescents of psychological stress, coping styles and the impact effect of subjective well-being
Abstract:In order to explore the physical exercise, psychological stress, coping styles and the relationship between subjective well-being. Using structural equation modeling to study, the control on the basis of the relevant variables, the following conclusions. (1) Physical exercise and psychological stress, coping methods and subjective well-being was significantly related to physical exercise as a positive response, can effectively relieve psychological stress, improve the individual's capacity to respond, to make the exercise experience to joy, smoothand the peak of the emotional effect;(2) Physical exercise can not only directly affect the experience of subjective well-being, but also by psychological stress and coping variables indirect intermediary role of subjective well-being;(3) Coping intervention on the one hand easing the psychological stress on subjective well-being of the other hand, increased physical exercise on the impact of subjective well-being, the establishment of regulatory effects of active coping styles on subjective well-being from the positive effect of experience , negative coping style on the subjective well-being of the experience from negative effects.
