一种N、S杂螺环化合物对铜离子的比色识别

摘要:一种含有N、S杂原子的螺环化合物(化合物1)能够与Cu2+发生络合作用,化合物1的乙腈溶液发生颜色和吸收光谱的变化,能够实现对Cu2+的定性和定量识别与检测。化合物1的乙腈溶液中加入Cu2+后,颜色由无色变为蓝色,通过溶液颜色的变化可以通过比色法实现对Cu2+的定性分析;在紫外-可见吸收光谱中,化合物1与Cu2+作用后在629nm处出现新的吸收峰,且吸光度与Cu2+浓度间呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.99125), 根据化合物1与Cu2+作用前后629 nm波长处的吸光度的变化实现对Cu2+的定量检测。该化合物对Cu2+有很好的选择性识别能力。

A N, S heterocyclic spiro-compound based colorimetric probe for copper(Ⅱ) ion
Abstract:A kind of N, S heterocyclic spiro-compound was developed for detection of copper ion based on the cooperation of N and S atoms binding with copper ion. The color changed from colorless to dark blue when copper ion was added into the acetonitrile solution of compound . Thus, we can achieve a qualitative analysis for copper ion by viewing the color change of this compound. Meanwhile, it is found that the complex formed by copper ion and the spiro-compound has an absorption at 629 nm, and the absorbance was in good linear relationship with the concentration of copper ion (R2=0.99125). So it can be applied to quantify the copper ion concentration via the absorbance changes. This compound has highly selective response to copper ion compared with other divalent metal ions.
