全生育期增温下施氮量对小麦籽粒蛋白质品质的影响

摘要:以烟农19为试验材料,设置2个温度处理和4个氮肥水平,研究全生育期增温下施氮量对小麦籽粒蛋白组分和高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基含量以及品质的影响。全生育期增温提高了小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,干/湿面筋含量及SDS沉降值,谷蛋白大聚合体(GMP)含量和高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)积累量增加。全生育期增温下适当增施氮肥有利于改善小麦籽粒品质。

Effects of different nitrogen rates on wheat grain protein quality under temperature increase scenario in wheat
Abstract:Local well adopted winter wheat (Triticumaestivum L.) cultivar Yannong 19was and subjected to temperature increment of 2oC with different nitrogen application rates in a field trial in Lianyungang, China. The effects of nitrogen rate on wheat grain GMP, HMW-GS and quality under the temperature increase scenario were then studied. TI increased the contents of total protein, dry and wet gluten, high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) and glutenin macropolymers (GMP), and also increased SDS-sedimentation volume. With increasing nitrogen application amount, the contents of total protein, dry and wet gluten, and the SDS-sedimentation volume increased. Thus, both temperature and nitrogen application favored quality formation in the present study.
