杨木/刺槐复合结构研究进展及开发前景

摘要:在我国,杨树、刺槐等人工林木材在实木产品中应用的日益增加,材质差、缺陷多、径级小等导致速生木材制材、干燥及深加工难度大。本文综述了杨木和刺槐的研究和开发情况;介绍了在竹木复合结构理论的创新和应用启迪下提出的杨木/刺槐复合结构构想,将杨木和刺槐的板材(或小方材)通过科学合理地设计,相互胶合而成的复合结构,兼有杨木和刺槐的双重优点,是物尽其材、集成创新之举;报道了其研究进展及取得的主要成果;最后预测了杨木/刺槐复合结构的开发利用将会促进速生混交林建设的积极性、带动相关产业的发展,造就多维可持续发展的产业格局的发展前景。

Research Advances and Developing Prospect of Poplar/Black Locust Composite Structure
Abstract:Plantation wood including poplar and black locust has an increasing application in solid wood products in China, and poor materials, defects, size small ect. result in big difficulty in lumbering, drying and deep processing. In this paper, the research and development of poplar and black locust are reviewed; the conception of poplar/black locust composite structure is introducted, which was put forward under the enlightenment of innovation and application of the bamboo/wood composite structure theory, it is a composite structure maked from poplar and black locust plate(or small square) by mutual bonding through scientific and reasonable design, both the dual advantages of poplar and black locust, which is effective use and integrated innovation; furthermore the research progress and main achievements obtained are reported; finally, the development and utilization prospect of poplar/black locust composite structure is forecasted that is promote enthusiasm of mixed forest in the construction of the fast-growing, drive the development of related industries, and create the sustainable development of the multi-dimensional industrial pattern.
