镉胁迫反应中玉米ZmWRKY4与ZmMPK5互作

摘要:通过不同浓度的镉(Cadmium,Cd)处理玉米植株,观察抗氧化酶的活性变化,并观察抗氧化酶基因及ZmWRKY4基因的表达情况,结果显示,Cd诱导下,8小时的时候抗氧化酶酶活达到一个高峰,而各抗氧化酶基因和ZmWRKY4基因的表达量都有所上升。 Cd能够诱导ZmMPK5的活化,而转录因子ZmWRKY4也能够被Cd诱导表达,ZmWRKY4作为一种转录因子极有可能与ZmMPK5存在作用关系。酵母双杂交和双分子荧光互补实验(BiFC)确证了两者之间确实存在着相互作用。

Maize ZmWRKY4 interacts with ZmMPK5 under the cadmium stress
Abstract:In this paper, Maize plants are treated with different concentration of Cd. Antioxidant enzymes activity is determined and the gene expression of antioxidant enzymes together with ZmWRKY4 is assayed. The result is that, antioxidant enzymes activity reach the maximam at the time of 8h, and each gene expression are up-regulated. It has been studyed that ZmMPK5 can be activated by Cd, and gene expression of transcription factor ZmWRKY4 also can be increased by Cd. As a type of transcription factor, ZmWRKY4 probably has interaction with ZmMPK5, finally, we confirm the interaction between them through yeast two-hybrid and BiFC.
