季节变化对青海沙蜥成体神经发生影响的研究

摘要:目的:探索和研究季节变化对我国青藏高原特有物种青海沙蜥成体神经发生的影响并分析其相应机制,重点关注了冬眠对青海沙蜥成体神经发生的影响。方法:5、7、9月于青海省海西蒙古族藏族自治州境南部的格尔木盆地采集青海沙蜥,各分为三组,分别存活24小时,7天,以及28天,其中9月采集的部分沙蜥于实验室中进行冬眠研究。运用BrdU腹腔注射,DAB免疫组化显色,激光共聚焦显微镜拍照等实验手段分析和研究不同季节青海沙蜥成体神经发生的特点。结果:青海沙蜥的成体神经发生呈现出明显的季节特性,其成体神经发生强弱的总趋势为秋季﹥夏季﹥春季﹥冬季,冬眠条件下青海沙蜥仍有成体神经发生,但较为微弱。各季节中不同存活时间的横向比较也出现了明显的差异。

Study on adult neurogenesis in the Phrynocephalus przewalskii during different seasons
Abstract:Objective: The aim of present study is to investigate the seasonal influence on the adult neurogenesis in Phrynocephalus przewalskii -- typical reptile in northwest of China, and analyze the corresponding mechanism. Among the total, adult neurogenesis in the Phrynocephalus przewalskii during hibernation was the key point we focus on. Methods: Lizards were captured during Match, July and September, respectively. According to surviving time the animals were divided into three groups: survivied 24 hours group, 7 days group, and 28 days group. The lizards that captured in September were used for the study of hibernation. Intraperitonial BrdU-injection, Immunocytochemistry and laser scanning confocal microscope were used to study the adult neurogenesis in the Phrynocephalus przewalskii during different seasons. Results: The adult neurogenesis is regulated in a seasonal way in the Phrynocephalus przewalskii obviously. While Autumn has the strongest adult neurogenesis, followed by Summer, Spring, and Winter. During the hibernation, adult neurogenesis still existence in the Phrynocephalus przewalskii, but was weak.In each season, variations was showed in different living time.
