罗丹明B类荧光探针的合成及其对铜离子的检测

摘要:以罗丹明B和乙酰氯为原料,合成了罗丹明B类Cu2+荧光增强型分子探针RAC。在乙腈/水(1:9,v/v,pH=7.0)溶液中,该探针本身无色,加入Cu2+后很快变为桃红色,荧光强度明显增强,而其它常见金属离子如Ag+, Ca2+, Hg2+, Fe3+, Mg2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Ni2+, K+, Zn2+, Pb2+和Na+不引起或引起很小的紫外-可见或荧光光谱变化。该探针与Cu2+的结合比例为1:1,探针能选择性的检测Cu2+,且检出限浓度可达到10-6molL-1,可用于环境中铜离子的检测。

Synthesis of fluorescent probe based on rhodamine B and its appalication in the determination for Cu2+
Abstract:A new fluorescence-enhanced Cu2+ probe RAC based on rhodamine B and Acetyl Chloride was synthesized. It was found that the fluorescence intensity of RAC increased with the addition of Cu2+ in acetonitrile/water(1:9, v/v, pH=7.0)solution. The addition of Cu2+ ion led to obvious color change from colorless to pink as well as significantly enhanced fluorescence, while other common metal ions such as Ag+, Ca2+, Hg2+, Fe3+, Mg2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Ni2+, K+, Zn2+, Pb2+ and Na+ induced no or much smaller color/fluorescent spectral changes. The selectivity and sensitivity of RAC were very high. RAC formed 1:1 complex with Cu2+, and has the detection limit of 10-6 molL-1 which can be used in the detection of Cu2+ in environment.
