水翼端部间隙流的尺度分解模拟研究

摘要:为研究不同尺度分解模拟方法在间隙泄漏流动计算中的适用性,分别采用LES、DES和SAS方法和分块结构网格,对单个NACA4406翼型与端壁间隙内的漩涡流动进行非定常计算,重点研究了网格尺度对间隙内流动模拟精度的影响及不同湍流模型对间隙泄漏涡结构模拟结果的差异。计算结果表明:当间隙内近壁区网格y+<=4时,不同网格尺度下LES所得流场模拟结果基本一致;三种尺度分解模拟方法所得间隙主泄漏涡形态存在明显差异,LES方法可捕捉到间隙区内主泄漏涡、诱导涡及水翼端部的分离涡。

Investigation of turbulent flow in hydrofoil-endwall tip clearance using scale-resolving simulation models
Abstract:This paper presents an evaluation of the capability of scale-resolving simulation models available in the commercial CFD code FLUENT for their application to hydrofoil-endwall tip clearance vortex flow. Numerical simulations of unsteady flow around a NACA4406 hydrofoil were carried out with the LES method, the SST-based DES model and the SST-based SAS model. The effect of grid resolution and turbulence models on the accuracy of the simulated flow fields were studied in detail. It was found that with the grid refinement (y+<=4) of the tip clearance region, the results of flow field calculated by LES are basically same. The investigation also showed that the LES method provides superior performance in predicting the tip clearance leakage vortex, tip-separation vortex and induced vortex in the hydrofoil-endwall gap region.
