电容器可听噪声的降容量试验方法研究

摘要:直流工程中的电容器需要在工程建设之前进行可听噪声试验以检验其环保性能。使用多频率大容量电源在实验室进行全容量的噪声试验可以模拟实际运行情况,但是代价过大,工程上的实施性不强。本文从电容器噪声机理出发提出了降容量的试验方法,在电容器外壳振动与激励静电力成线性关系的假设下推导了降容量试验与全容量试验噪声水平的确定关系。使用试验的方法验证了电容器外壳振动与电压平方成正比的关系,说明了假设的合理性,同时也说明了降容量试验的可行性。降容量试验方法可以大大降低电容器噪声试验对试验电源的要求。噪声试验时要在试验电源允许的范围内使用尽量高的试验电压,以减小试验干扰,获得更准确的试验结果。

Study on the reduced-capacity testing method for capacitor audible noise
Abstract:Audible noise tests are necessary for the capacitors used in HVDC systems to verify their environmental performance before the installation. The full-capacity test using multi- frequency large-capacity source is equivalent to the actual operating condition, but this testing method is consuming, and is difficult to realize in practice. In this paper, reduced-capacity testing method is proposed based on the noise generation mechanism. Assuming that the relation between the vibration of capacitor tank and the electrostatic force is linear, the equation for calculating the noise level under full-capacity excitation using that under reduced-capacity excitation is deduced. The verification test indicates that the vibration of capacitor tank is proportional to the squared voltage, which proves the rationality of the assumption and the effectiveness of the reduced- capacity test. The required capacity of sources in audible noise tests for capacitors is much lower by using reduced- capacity testing method. The testing voltage should be as high as possible within the rated range of testing sources so as to reduce the interference of environment and obtain accurate results.
