摘要:过渡金属催化C-H键活化/C-C键偶联反应是当前有机合成的热点之一,已经成为有机合成中构建C-C键的强大工具,能够高选择性、高效合成具有特殊精细骨架结构的化合物。目前最常用的催化剂是钯(Pd)、钌(Ru)和铑(Rh)络合物,此外,廉价、易得、具有独特催化性能的Fe、Co等络合物也引起了越来越多的关注。对过渡金属催化C-H 键活化/C-C键偶联反应的最新研究进展进行了综述。

Transition Metal Catalyzed C-H Activation/C-C Coupling Reactions
Abstract:Transition metal catalyzed C-H activation/C-C coupling reactions, among the most popular processes in modern organic synthesis, have emerged as a powerful tool for making C-C bonds, allowing access to unconventional and more elaborated structural backbones with high selectivity and efficiency. In the field of C-C bond formation via C-H activation, several catalytic reactions have recently been developed, mainly involving complexes of low-valent transition metals such as palladium (Pd), ruthenium (Ru), and rhodium (Rh). Futhermore, the first-row transition metal catalysts, such as iron (Fe) and cobalt (Co) complexes, have drawn much attention recently as a result of their ready availability, low cost, relatively low toxicity, and unique catalytic abilities. The recent advances made in this field have been briefly summrized.
