静息态fMRI在脑卒中后失语康复疗效机制研究中的应用前景

摘要:静息态功能磁共振(RS-fMRI)主要用于进行各脑区功能连接的分析和整合,现已广泛应用到神经科疾病和精神障碍的研究中,如脑卒中、痴呆、癫痫、抑郁症、精神分裂症以及注意缺陷多动综合征等。但目前RS-fMRI应用于脑卒中后失语的康复疗效机制研究尚显不足,借鉴RS-fMRI前期在多种疾病中的研究方法与设计,通过观察RS-fMRI脑卒中后失语患者康复前后脑功能连接网络和效应连接网络的变化,探索脑卒中后失语的康复疗效机制,具有较好的应用前景。

The application prospect of RS-fMRI in curative mechanism of rehabilitation of aphasia after stroke
Abstract:Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (RS-fMRI) is mainly used for the analysis of brain function connection and integration,has been widely applied to the study of neurological diseases and mental disorders,such as cerebral apoplexy,Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy,depression,schizophrenia,and attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome.But the application of RS-fMRI in rehabilitation of aphasia after stroke is insufficient Taking into account pre-RS-fMRI research methods and design in a variety of diseases, by observing the changes of brain function and brain effect connection network based on RS-fMRI before and after the rehabilitation of stroke patients with aphasia ,to explore curative mechanism of rehabilitation of aphasia after stroke, which has good prospects.
