斜斑彩灰蝶触角扫描电镜观察

摘要:触角作为昆虫的重要感觉器官,其上分布有各种各样的感觉器,这些感觉器对于昆虫的取食、求偶等行为以及感受外界环境的变化具有十分重要的作用。触角上各感器的种类,数量极其分布也为昆虫分类学提供了一定的依据。本文对斜斑彩灰蝶Heliophorus phoenicoparyphus (Holland)的触角及其分布在上面的感觉器进行了扫描电镜观察,发现共有四种感觉器,分别是鳞形感器、星形感器、毛形感器和刺形感器,并对各感觉器的形态结构及其分布进行了描述,并简要的推测各感器的功能。

Scanning Electron Microscopy Observation of Antennal Sensilla of Heliophorus phoenicoparyphus (Holland)
Abstract:Antenna as an important sensory organ for insect, a variety of antennal sensilla distributed on it. These antennal sensilla have very important role in feeding, courtship and so on for insect and very important for insect to feel the change of environment which they lived in. The types, quantity and the distribution of antennal sensilla are also very important for insect taxonomy. Antenna and antennal sensilla of the male Heliophorus phoenicoparyphus (Holland) were observed with a scanning electron microscopy. The sensilla can be classified into four types by morphology. The types are sensilla squamiformia, Sensilla stellate, sensilla trichodea and sensilla chaetica. Description and distribution of each sensilla were provided. Function of antennal sensilla were speculated simply.
