复合类胡萝卜素微胶囊化工艺参数的研究

摘要:本研究旨在将虾青素、番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素三种类胡萝卜素复配,通过喷雾干燥法制造虾青素等类胡萝卜素混合物微胶囊,并优化微胶囊化工艺条件。实验得到最佳工艺条件为:β-环糊精为壁材,固形物含量为10%,芯材壁材比为1:6,乳化剂含量为8%,进风温度为160℃,进料量为240 mL/h。

Study on the Microencapsulation Technology of Mixtures of Carotenoids
Abstract:The paper studied spray drying microencapsulation technology of a carotenoids compound including astaxanthin, lycopene and β-carotene. The optimal technology parameters were obtained as follows: β-cyclodextrin as the wall materials; the inlet concentration of solid was 10% (W/V); the suitable proportion of core material and wall material was 1:6; the concentration of emulsifier was 8% (W/V); the inlet air temperature was 160℃; the feed flow rate was 240 mL/h.
