高层办公建筑火灾荷载调查与统计分析研究

摘要:火灾场景设计是性能化防火设计的重要组成部分,火灾荷载的统计数据是火灾场景设计的基础。本文以现场调查并结合数据统计分析方法,对重庆市12栋高层办公建筑共373间办公房间的火灾荷载进行了调查研究,同时分析了轰燃的增长趋势。通过火灾荷载的统计分析,结果表明高层办公建筑的火灾荷载密度服从正态分布,其平均值为494.6MJ/m2,标准偏差201.7 MJ/m2。办公建筑火灾荷载密度与房间用途有关,其中综合类办公室的火灾荷载密度最大,达到566.9MJ/m2。火灾荷载密度与房间面积有关,与建筑物年限无关。论文还研究了办公类建筑火灾增长因子 的范围,办公类建筑火灾增长类型为快速型。典型办公类建筑的最大火灾热释放速率为7.2MW。论文的研究为我国高层办公类建筑防火性能化设计提供了火灾荷载基础数据。

Study on the Distribution of Fire Load in High-rise Office Building
Abstract:IFire scenario design is an important part of the performance-based fire performance design. Statistical data of Fire load is the key parameter of fire scenario design. In this paper, the investigation and data statistics analysis methods are used to study the high-rise office building fire load. By using the methods, total of 373 office rooms of 12 high-rise office buildings are investigated in Chongqing. The results show that the distributions of fire load density in high-rise building follow a normal distribution. The average value of the fire load density is 494.6MJ/m2, and the standard deviation is 201.7 MJ/m2. Office building fire load density is related to its function of use. Fire load density of integrated offices is the biggest, reaching to 566.9MJ/m2. Fire load density is related to the room size, the fire load did not depend on the ages of the building. The growth coefficient of the t2 fires most widely used in the pre-flashover for the high rise office building is discussed. Further, room fire duration and its probability density distribution is obtained.
