休闲鞋购买决策影响因素的因子分析及重要度评测

摘要:休闲鞋顺应了在速度经济时代的快节奏中人们对休闲生活的渴望,被愈来愈多的人所接受。本文通过文献分析及访谈获得与制鞋企业相关的休闲鞋顾客购买决策影响因素,针对青年这一休闲鞋主体顾客群设计问卷并对90名被试进行调研,通过可信度分析、因子分析、重要度分析等统计学方法分析问卷数据,从而获得影响顾客购买决策的6个重要因子以及它们的重要性排序。研究结果可为制鞋企业的产品设计和生产决策提供依据。

Analysis of Influential Factors and Their Relative Importance on Purchasing Behavior of Casual Footwear
Abstract:Casual footwear caters to people's desire of leisure life in the rapid pace of economic era and it is being accepted by more and more people. This study is an attempt to identify the influential factors of customers' purchasing behavior of casual footwear and their relative importance. Firstly, the possible items which can influence customer's purchasing behavior were found by literature analysis and interview method. Secondly, questionnaires were conducted on 90 young subjects and reliability analysis, factor analysis and importance analysis were used to statistically analyze the questionnaire data. The results showed that there were 6 influential factors on purchasing decision of casual footwear and their relative importance were identified as well.The findings from this study can be applied by casual footwear manufacturers on making decision for product design and production.
