半胱氨酸-铅纳米线作为模板电化学合成聚吡咯

摘要:本文发展了一种采用半胱氨酸-铅自组装纳米线作为模板,通过电化学合成聚吡咯的方法。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶转变红外光谱仪(FTIR)对所制备聚吡咯的结构和组成进行表征。并用多环芳烃人体暴露的生物标志物1-羟基芘验证其催化活性。结果表明,1-羟基芘在模板法合成的聚吡咯修饰电极上的响应电流信号强度显著高于直接电化学合成的聚吡咯修饰电极。

Electropolymerization of polypyrrole using cysteine-Pb as template
Abstract:Electropolymerization of polypyrrole (PPy) using cysteine-Pb nanowires as template was introduced in this paper. As-prepared PPy was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR). The catalytic activity of PPy modified electrode was measured by cyclic voltammetric (CV) technique. The results show that the current response of 1-hydroxyrene (1-OHP),a widely used biomarker for evaluation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) exposure,at template-based electropolymerization of PPy modified electrode is considerably larger than that of direct electropolymerized electrode.
