LARGE TRACK IRREGULARITY DIVIATIONS OF TRACK QUALITY INDEX

Abstract:In this paper, track quality index(TQI), as a comprehensive evaluation of track status, provides an important basis for the conservation and maintenance of railway tracks. Currently implemented TQI is obtained by the dispersion degree of seven main track state parameters. When most track state parameters are excellent, while individual larger deviations appears, track quality index can not accurately reflect the security risks of the track. A set of new correction factors are introduced into the track quality index algorithm. In the situations mentioned, corrected TQI can detects the quality of the track defects. At the same time, the results in other cases are similar to the original algorithm, which means the original classification standard still works.

轨道质量指数个别不平顺项大偏差的修正算法的研究
摘要:轨道质量指数作为综合评价轨道状态的参数,为轨道线路的养护和维修提供了重要的依据。我国现行的轨道质量指数用七项主要轨道状态参数的离散程度来表示。但当大多数轨道状态参数的平顺性极好,个别项出现较大偏差时,轨道质量指数无法准确体现出轨道的安全隐患。本文通过对轨道质量指数算法进行修正,使之在上述情况下也能综合反映出轨道的质量缺陷。同时,在轨道性能良好时与原轨道质量指数算法的获得的结果相近,不影响原有评判标准在判定轨道性能时的分级方法。
