内燃机车电喷柴油机工况转换和控制策略建模与仿真

摘要:本文基于有限状态机(FSM)理论,对电控柴油机的工况和控制策略进行研究,介绍了大功率内燃机车电控柴油机的工况划分依据,论述了工况判别和转换策略的制定过程和方法。用Matlab软件建立了内燃机车电控柴油机工况判别和转换策略的模型,模拟电喷柴油机的运行情况,对模型各个工况进行仿真研究。仿真结果与预定的结果相符,证明了喷油控制模型建立的可行性。

Simulation and Model of Operation Mode and Controlled Strategy of High Power Diesel Locomotive Electronic Controlled Diesel Engines
Abstract:Based on the finite state machine ( FSM ) theory ,the operation mode and the control strategy of electronic controlled diesel engines is studied in this article. The basis of the classification of the operation mode of high power diesel locomotive diesel engine is being discussed. And the formulation process and method of the operation mode judgment and transformation strategy are introduced. The model of the operation mode transformation and controlled strategy for high power diesel locomotive diesel engine is built by the software Matlab. Also, the model is used to verify the correctness of the operation mode judgment and transformation strategy by simulating the actual working condition of the diesel engines. The simulation results are as the same as the predetermined results, that explains the feasibility of controlled strategy model.
