医用硅橡胶抗撕裂性能的研究

摘要:本文以医用甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为原料,采用正交试验考察硫化温度、时间、压强等工艺因素及交联剂过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO) 添加量对硅橡胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,硫化温度及交联剂含量对硅橡胶样品力学性能的影响较显著。实验确定硫化温度160℃、时间5 min、压强12 MPa及200℃二段硫化4 h为实验优选工艺条件。制备的硅橡胶样品经模拟尿液浸泡14 d后,其撕裂强度和拉伸强度分别为19.47 KN/m和7.82 MPa,仍保持其原有强度的95.4 %和86.8 %。

Study on the tearing property of medical silicone rubber
Abstract: In this paper orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of curing time、temperature、pressure and the content of crosslinking agent benzoyl peroxide (BPO) on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber with medical methyl vinyl silicone rubber as materials. The results showed that curing time and the content of crossing agent were the key factors to affect the mechanical properties of silicone rubber samples. The curing temperature of 160℃, time of 5 min, prassure of 12 Mpa and post cure of 200℃、4 h were confirned as the optimized vulcanization technology of the experiment. Besides tearing strength and tensile strength were 19.47 KN/m and 7.82 MPa after soaking of artificial urine for 14 d, which maintained the original strength of 95.4 % and 86.8 % .
