摘要:随着激光加工行业的飞速发展,高速超高速加工(>50m/min)将是激光加工技术的一个必然趋势。而由于激光功率和模式的微观波动导致高速动态温度场的微观变化,使得超高速激光加工质量出现严重不均匀性。因此重新建立一个完整的激光时间光束质量对超高速激光加工影响的理论模型显得很重要,而且对激光加工工业应用具有较为重要的理论意义和实用价值。

The influence of power fluctuations on the super-high speed, high-power laser processing
Abstract:With the rapid development of laser processing industry, Super-high speed laser processing (>50m/min) is an important trend of laser processing. The microscopic fluctuations of laser power and mode will induce large fluctuation of temperature distribution, which leads to the serious unstable quality for the super-high speed laser processing. Therefore it is very important to re-establish a theoretical model about time-resolved beam quality impact on super-high speed laser processing, and those have important theoretical significance and practical value in laser processing industry.
