射频激励技术对超高速激光加工的影响

摘要:激光加工以其高速度、高精度、高质量、节能环保等特点,已经成为现代加工制造技术的重要手段。而在超高速、高功率激光加工中激光功率和模式的微观波动是导致激光加工不均匀的重要原因。本文采用射频板条CO2激光器的不同调制参数对激光功率和模式的影响进行试验;分析了激励技术与泵浦技术对超高速高功率激光加工的影响;并提出一种针对激光微观波动对超高速过程影响的测量技术。

The Influence of Rf Excitation Technology in Ultrahigh-speed Laser Processing
Abstract:With the benefit of hi-speed, high-precision, high-quality, energy-saving and environmental protection, laser processing now has been an important approach in modern manufacturing. The microscopic fluctuation of laser power and mode are the main reason to cause unevenness in ultrahigh-speed, high-power laser processing. In this paper, we texted the laser power and mode of the CO2 RF slab laser in different modulation parameters then analyzed the impact of excitation technology and pump technology in ultrahigh-speed, high-power laser processing and offered a new technique to measure the impact from ultrahigh-speed laser processing caused by microscopic fluctuation.
