基于ANSYS和FLUENT的回转窑热工特性分析

摘要: 本文运用FLUENT有限元软件对回转窑及窑内气体燃烧与气固耦合进行模拟分析,通过计算,得出了窑内燃烧气体和回转窑的温度场。然后,把FLUENT模拟计算的温度场数值导入ANSYS中作节点插值,完成温度场的重建,作为回转窑热应力分析的条件,进而计算出了回转窑热应力分布。通过FLUENT和ANSYS有限元软件对回转窑热工特性进行联合仿真分析,实现了同一条件下回转窑燃烧与传热和结构性能的分析,使回转窑的模拟计算结果更接近实际运行状况,从而对研究和开发新型回转窑具有重要的理论指导意义。

The Analysis of Rotary Kiln Thermal Characteristics Based on ANSYS and FLUENT
Abstract:In this paper, it uses FLUENT finite element software to stimulatingly analyze the rotary kiln and kiln gas combustion and gas-solid coupling. Through calculation, the kiln and rotary kiln of gas combustion temperature field are obtained. Then,it imported the FLUENT numerical simulation of temperature field into ANSYS as node interpolation, to complete the reconstruction of temperature field, and used it as a condition of rotary kiln thermal stress analysis, then calculated the thermal stress distribution of rotary kiln.Through FLUENT and ANSYS finite element software joint simulation analysis, it implements the analysis of rotary kiln combustion and heat transfer and structure performance under the same condition, which making the simulation results of rotary kiln is closer to actual running status. Thus it makes important theoretical guidance significance for the research and development of new type of rotary kiln.
